The project and public contact

Silicio Productions is the trade name of an independent creative project operating from Mexico. Its official website is https://silicioproductions.com. This name does not imply an incorporated company or separate legal personality.

The public contact channel is contacto@silicioproductions.com, available for general inquiries, collaborations, privacy requests and inquiries about rights relating to the works.

Information received by email

If you write to us, we may receive your email address, the name shown in the message, its contents, attachments and other information you choose to provide. The website has no contact forms of its own. Share only the information needed for your inquiry.

We use this information to answer inquiries, follow up on collaborations and handle privacy requests or requests about rights relating to the works. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to the public email to a personal Gmail account used to handle them; its address is not published. Cloudflare and Google are involved in routing and managing email.

Technical data and hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. To deliver and protect the website, the hosting service may process technical request data, such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and error or security logs. Not using analytics does not mean that no logs exist.

Web Analytics is not enabled and Speed Insights is not configured. No advertising or analytics tools were identified as integrated into the application. The exact log categories, their retention and the hosting data-processing arrangements remain to be confirmed.

Message retention

Messages are retained for as long as needed to answer inquiries, follow up on collaborations or handle requests. Messages that are no longer needed will be deleted unless a legal obligation or another legitimate reason justifies retaining them. No fixed deletion period is established.

Any technical conditions and retention periods applied by email and hosting providers require review; they are not assumed to match the message-retention criterion.

Preferences and browser storage

The first-party silicio_locale cookie stores your manual language choice for 365 days from selection. It applies to all paths on the same host. You can change it with the language selector or remove it through your browser.

When the informational notice is enabled, closing it stores the value acknowledged in localStorage under silicio_notice_ack_v1. It only remembers closure: it does not establish that you have read the policy or constitute consent to advertising or analytics. It has no programmed expiry; it remains while neither the user nor the browser removes the site's data. It is limited to the same origin and browser profile. The marker contains no personal identifier and is not automatically sent with HTTP requests.

If storage is unavailable, closure is remembered only within the current document. The introduction uses a video hosted on the website itself and keeps playback state in memory. The Cookie Policy describes these technologies and their controls.

Links to other services

The website includes links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Ruido Bandido. No embedded third-party players were found. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices and policies; consult the destination's policies before providing information.

Privacy inquiries and requests

You can write to contacto@silicioproductions.com to ask about your data or request access, rectification, cancellation or objection, as applicable. Clearly describe your request and provide a way to respond. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive data; if a request needs verification, you will be told what information is relevant.

The complete legal procedure, requirements and applicable time limits must be reviewed along with the legal identification of the data controller. This public channel does not replace that review.
